Vaishno Devi Yatra

You will feel the charge atmosphere as soon as you arrive in Jammu... banners, signposts, writings on the walls... all carrying images of Mata Vaishnodevi and the greeting "Jai Mata Di". As you reach Katra and start the 13 km trek to the temple, the chants turn into a chorus, with thousands of pilgrims chanting in unison.
The temple is visited by millions of pilgrims during the navrataras in March-April and September-October. It is popularly believed that all those who make the journey up the Himalayas trail to the Abode of the Mata will be granted their wish.

Day 1 : Arrive >>> Jammu * Drive To Katra (56 Kms/ 1.5 Hour Drive) * Vaishnodevi Darshan
Welcome to your "VaishnoDevi" Tour! On arrival at Jammu airport/railway station (on your own), you'll be transferred to your hotel in Katra. Arrive hotel and relax for the rest of the day or explore the local bazaar.
Overnight: Country Inns & Suites

Day 2 : In Katra Visit Mata Vaishno Devi Temple
After an early breakfast, get transferred to Banganga at 8:30 hrs from where you will begin your 13 km trek to the temple of Vaishnodevi. Return back to the hotel late night.

Day 3: Katra>>> Jammu
Bid Farewell to Katra as your "Vaishnodevi" tour comes to an end and you are transferred to Jammu airport / railway station.
