The Renaissance Goa Resort(Ramada) is located on the white sands of Colva beach, with all guest rooms, suites, and villas having a view of the ocean. Replete with all the luxuries that go towards making your stay the perfect getaway.
This 202 rooms resort, which opened in 1990, is built on a 23 acres beach front
and designed by the Hawaii based largest hotel architects in the world.. The Resort incorporates many Goan elements from the sloping red tiled roof to the red laterite stone clad pillars and Goan artefacts.

Accommodation at Hotel Renaissance Goa Resort :
All rooms and suites are either double or twin bedded with individual controlled air-conditioning, large private bath, massage shower and hair dryer. International direct dialing telephone, coloured television with satellite channels (BBC, CNN), mini bar, 220 V shaving socket are standard. Adaptors are also available on request. Each room has a balcony or a terrace for extra privacy, overlooking the landscaped gardens and ocean beyond. Room for the handicapped available on request.
The following types of rooms are available:
GREEN GARDEN: These rooms are garden facing and are also known as Standard rooms. All the even numbered rooms are basically standard rooms unless otherwise specified.
POOL TERRACE: These rooms are all on the ground floor and face the pool.
OCEAN VIEW: These rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors and are basically pool facing and also have a partial view of the sea.
OCEAN WAVES: These are rooms overlooking the sea.
GARDEN SUITE: These are villas having a view of the garden only and are in a secluded area of the property.
JUNIOR SUITE: These are situated on the second floor and are pool facing.
DELUXE SUITE: These are situated on the third floor and are pool and sea facing.
JUNIOR VILLA: These are villas designed on individual themes:

DELUX VILLA: The Garden Villa, which has all floral upholstery and furnishings.

THE LANAI LOUNGE
Located in the lower level has also a view of the pool and fountain. Open from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving Indian, Continental and Goan cuisine.

POLYNESIAN HUT
The Polynesian Hut is set right next to the beach. An unparalleled dining experience under a dreamy and star-studded night sky. Serving Authentic Polynesian Cuisine and drinks. Open for dinner during the season, subject to weather conditions. A perfect location to enjoy the sunset whilst sipping a Tropical cocktail during Happy Hours or all other hours of the day.
THE CARNAVAL
This air - conditioned candlelit a la carte restaurant, located in the lower lobby level is open for dinner only, serving Mediterranean and Oriental cuisine with a superb selection of international wines and entertainment.
THE CASTAWAYS
Serves Grills, Tandoori, Barbeque and Goan specialities, in addition to the nightly "Theme" buffet dinners with live music and dancing, served around the poolside from 07.30 - 11.00 p.m. Also open for lunch, serving light meals and snacks from 12.00 noon - 03.00 p.m.
THE CASCADA
Cafe Cascada is an air conditioned restaurant located in the lower level with a view of the swimming pool and cascading waterfall. Opens 24 hours featuring salads, sandwiches, Indian and Continental light meals and snacks.
Also located in the lower level is the Lanai having a view of the pool and fountains. Open from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving Indian, Continental and Goan cuisine.

AYURVEDA CLINIC : (7.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.)
The hotel has an ayurveda clinic wherein the patient sits through a consultation with the physician. Upon completion of the diagnosis depending upon the type of ailment, the physician prescribes a personalized treatment for the guest. The treatments basically include massages with herbal oils and extracts and provides relief from ailments like rheumatism, arthritis, migraines etc. Since Ayurveda is more widely known for its relaxation and rejuvenation qualities, many guests visit the clinic for this reason. The clinic has a special wooden beds known as 'Pathi', which is traditionally used in Kerala for Ayurvedic treatmetns. The Ayurveda clinic also has yoga and meditation courses.
